I accept cash, checks, and money orders. Rates are negotiable based on type of loan package, location, and price matching.

The following fees are negotiable and subject to change based on the specific situation. However, they can be used as basic overall guidelines:

MOBILE / TRAVELING NOTARY
• Notary Fee - standard, State-mandated rates - typically $10 per individual notarized signature for acknowledgments, jurats, and oaths
• Travel Fee - $20-$50 and up, depending on distance, rush hour, holiday,late night, etc. Call for a quote.
• Cancellation at table : Full Travel Fee
• Prison base fee : $100.00
• Jail base fee : $150.00
• However, I usually do not do prison or jail base signings.

LOAN SIGNINGS
• Single loan, with travel in the Santa Clarita Valley area - $65-$150 depending on loan type (HELOCs are cheapest, then purchase or refis, and combos are the most expensive). Reduced rate offered for repeat business.
• STANDARD RATES for overnight docs (includes travel within S.C.V. and Castaic): 1st home purchase or refi: $75-100, home equity line of credit or 2nd: $60-80, combo: $125-$175
• E-docs printed on dual-tray laser printer- 2 copies - $25-40 extra depending on loan type
• Full fee for no show or no sign at appointment.
• Firm or Lender is responsible for courier, Fed-Ex, UPS charges.

LOAN SIGNING TRAVEL FEES
• STANDARD RATES for services anywhere in the Santa Clarita Valley, including the following cities and areas: Santa Clarita, Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Saugus, Newhall, Castaic, and Canyon Country.
• For services in the San Fernando Valley, including the following cities and areas: Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Sylmar, Granada Hills, Porter Ranch, Northridge, Chatsworth add an additional $25.00 to the standard fee.
• For services including the following cities and areas: Frazier Park, Palmdale, Lancaster, Little Rock, Quartz Hill, and Rosamond add $50.00.
• For services in any other areas within the County of Los Angeles, PLEASE CALL FOR RATES.
• Cities/locations I do NOT cover include: Pacoima, Compton, downtown Los Angeles, Riverside, California City, Pitchess Detention Center

OTHER CHARGES
• Extra fees may apply for same day services, emergency services, after hours signings, holiday signings, waiting periods, or cancellations.
